Order to John Harvey and others to look into the present state of Virginia, its plantations, the population, housing and fortifications, its food supply, boats and public works, position in regard to savages and future prospects; and letter to Governor [Sir Francis Wyatt] and Council in Virginia introducing John Harvey and asking them to provide assistance.
